These terms apply to design services provided by Shareen24 Creative Studio, a South African business (“I”, “me”). By submitting an order you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I design custom digital marketing posters according to the brief you provide. Packages and prices are shown on the Packages page. Prices are shown in South African rand, with introductory US dollar prices for international customers, and may change; the price confirmed when your order is accepted applies.

2. Orders

Submitting the order form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only once I have reviewed your information and we have agreed the price, scope, turnaround time and payment arrangements.

3. Your information and materials

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, prices, contact details, logos and photographs. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any material you send me, and that the content of your poster is lawful and not misleading.

4. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included per design (e.g. text corrections, small colour or layout adjustments). Major changes, a change in the original brief, or a completely new design may incur an additional fee, which will be agreed with you before the extra work begins. See section 9.

5. Payment and delivery

Work begins once the required information and payment arrangements have been confirmed. Final files are delivered digitally after the agreed payment has been received. Turnaround times are confirmed when the order is accepted. My business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (South African time). Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first business day thereafter.

6. What is not included

Prices cover digital design only. Printing, paid stock images, advertising spend and other third-party costs are excluded unless agreed in advance.

7. Use of your design

Once paid in full, you may use the final poster to promote your business on the agreed platforms. I may show completed designs in my portfolio unless you ask me not to when ordering.

8. No guaranteed results

I provide promotional designs. I do not guarantee sales, leads, income or any specific business result, as these depend on many factors outside my control.

9. Cancellations, refunds and revisions

Cancellations before work begins. Customers may cancel an order before design work begins and request a full refund.

Cancellations after work begins. If design work has already started, any refund request will be assessed fairly, taking into account the work completed and applicable South African consumer-protection law.

Refunds after a preview. Receiving a design preview does not automatically exclude a customer from receiving a refund. Each request will be considered individually, based on the circumstances, work completed and applicable law.

Revisions. One round of minor revisions is included with each poster design. Major changes, a change in the original brief, or a request for a completely new design may incur an additional fee. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before the extra work begins.

Customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of all information supplied, including business details, prices, spelling, contact numbers, email addresses, website links and other content. Customers should carefully review their design before approving the final version. Approval confirms that the customer has checked the supplied information and is satisfied with the design, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

Delayed orders. If an order cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. An appropriate solution, including a revised delivery date or another suitable arrangement, will be discussed.

Consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.
