No. You can provide a logo if you have one. If you do not, I can design your poster around your business name and preferred style.

Yes. Please provide your preferred colours, examples and any brand guidelines when placing your order.

Choose a package, complete the order form and provide the information needed for your design. I will confirm the details and payment arrangements before starting.

One round of minor revisions is included per design. Larger changes or a new concept may require an additional fee.

Yes. You can cancel before design work begins for a full refund. If work has already started, or you have received a preview, refund requests are considered fairly and individually. See the cancellations and refunds policy.

No. The packages cover digital files only. Printing is not included.

The design can be prepared for the agreed digital platform or size. Please tell me where you intend to use it when ordering.

The turnaround time depends on the brief, the information provided and the current workload. I will confirm the expected delivery time when accepting the order.

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (South African time). I reply within 24 hours on business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first business day thereafter.

Basic Poster R50, Premium Poster R85, 3-Poster Package R165 and 5-Poster Package R250. International customers pay the US dollar prices shown on the Packages page.

Yes. The business is intended to serve customers in South Africa and internationally, subject to agreed payment and delivery arrangements.
